When You Work with Our Estate Planning Law Firm
When you work with the Law Offices of Joseph Adelizzi in Encinitas:
You will be provided with a 14-point audit of your current estate plan. Every person and every family has different issues they are concerned with regarding the management or disposition of their property to the persons to whom they want it to go.
You will not be given a “cookie cutter” type estate plan because this is not a one-size-fits-all process.
You will be able to discuss how your estate assets will be coordinated and organized to be optimized in terms of what is appropriate for your individual situation.
You will be advised on the selection of guardians for your minor children and whether consideration needs to be given for temporary guardians in a specific situation.
You will be provided with a user-friendly estate plan that you will understand how to use when a given situation happens.
Our estate planning professionals will spend time with you to determine if we need to plan for issues related to:
